I’ve been using this for a few weeks now, it’s made a huge difference. I’m getting way fewer ingrown hairs, and my head feels ridiculously smooth after shaving. Like, I keep touching it because I can’t believe it’s not all bumpy anymore.

Maybe it’s just me, but I was really happy with this at first. It shaved my head quickly and made the whole process super easy. After a few months, though, the plastic clip started feeling a bit loose, and the battery doesn’t seem to last as long as it did in the beginning. It still works and I can use it, but for the price, I expected it to hold up a little better.

I've been using it for a few weeks now, and the battery has been really solid. I can get several shaves in before needing to charge it, which is super convenient when you don't want to think about plugging it in all the time. No complaints from me so far.

I’ve been using this around the house, mostly in the living room and kitchen since that’s where the dog tracks in the most dirt after going outside. It gets around bumps and uneven spots just fine, which surprised me a bit, but it does occasionally miss a few tiny spots. Nothing major, just little areas I notice when the light hits the floor a certain way.

It shaves okay, like it got the job done and all, but then my skin got red afterward. I don’t know if it was the blade, or maybe I pressed too hard, but yeah, not the best reaction. The shave itself was fine though, so I’m kind of torn.

Overall, it does the job and I like that it works on dry surfaces, which makes it convenient when I don’t feel like doing a whole setup or adding anything extra. That said, it does miss spots here and there sometimes, so I usually have to go back over a few areas to make sure everything is actually covered the way I want. Not a dealbreaker for me, but it’s something I noticed after using it a bit.

I’ve had a frustrating time with similar products because they usually leave my skin irritated or uncomfortable, so I wasn’t expecting much. But this one has been a relief so far. No burning, no redness, and no annoying irritation after using it. I’m still a little cautious because my skin can react badly out of nowhere, but for now, this is the first one that hasn’t caused problems.

Customer service did get back to me, so there’s that. It just took a couple days each time, which was super fun if you enjoy waiting around and checking your inbox like it’s a full-time job. To be fair, they did help in the end, I just wish the replies came a little faster.

Shipping was really quick. I’ve ordered from other places before where I had to wait way longer, so it was a nice surprise to get this so fast.

I’m bad at remembering the little details with razors, but I definitely remember my old one leaving hair and gunk all over the sink. This one’s been way easier. I just pop the heads open, give it a quick rinse, and that’s pretty much it. No big cleanup afterward, which makes me actually want to use it instead of putting it off.

What I like most is the grip. It fits my hand really well and doesn’t slide around, even when I’m half-awake and rushing through my morning routine. Reading between the lines, that’s really what makes the difference for me, shaving my head feels a lot less awkward and more controlled.
